You can add your blog logo from Page Elements, which is the default Blogger method, image size should be 270px width and 43px height.
Edit Menu
To configure the top navigation bar, go to Design > Page Elements, create a link list of pages like About, Contact, Advertise, etc., and save the changes. The second menu bar that comes with a drop-down, go to Edit Html and find this code -

MagPress Blogger Template Setup
Add the post link, image url, post title and short description in the above code and repeat the steps for remaining slides. The sidebar on the right includes social media icons for users to connect with you, a search box, and tabbed widget to show varied content. Change the tab names from Edit Html -
